Please Note:

The activities require a minimum of 4 people.

Nature walk & Bike riding will take 1-2 hrs.

Meal's supplement is $30 per person.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

~ Double room features one(1) large king-size bed.

~Twin room features two(2) queen-size beds.

~ Triple room features one(1) queen-size bed and one(1) standard size single bed.

  • Guests of 18 years and above MUST present either their National ID or Passport upon check-in.

  • All activities are subject to a minimum of 4 people.
  • Meal's supplement is Ksh.3,000 per person.

  • The Third adult ( extra bed ) is 70% of the adult rate.

CHILD POLICY ( 4-12 Years )

  • Children sharing with parents - 50% of adult rate.

  • Children in own room - 75% of adult rate.

  • Present identification; which can be a copy of passport or birth certificate.

CANCELLATION AND NO SHOW

All refundable fees will be less transactional charges.

Reservations that are cancelled, reduced in length of stay, or reduced in number of occupants are subject to cancellation and no show fees under the following terms :

  • No show : 100%.

  • 1-7 days (100%)

  • 8-15 days (50%)

  • 16-30 days (25%).

  • 31 + days (100% refundable less transaction charges )

PAYMENT TERMS

  • Full payment in advance.

  • The Garden of Eden Retreat reserves the right to change the rates and the services offered without prior notice.
